Drink Lavender lemonade and say goodbye to anxiety.

Lavender is a plant with lots of benefits. One of its greatest use is that it aids in the reduction of anxiety and makes you feel fresh and relaxed. You can also use Lavender in many ways, also by adding it in your lemonade.


Ingredients needed:

1- Water – Twelve cups.
2- Raw Honey – One cup.
3- Lemons ( peeled and juiced)- Six.
4- Lavender essential oil - Single drop.
5- Lavender sprigs - required for garnishing.

Preparation method:

Properly mix ix all the above mentioned ingredients and chill. Some more water and honey can also be added to this mixture, if desired.
