This unique curved building has a total surface
area of 149,500 square meters, that appears like an island at the middle of a
lake. The titanium shield is in the form of huge ellipsoid which is separated
in two parts by a curved glass coating. It is about hundred meters broad at the
base. In the day time, light passes through the glass top into the
building. In the night time, the movements inside can also be viewed from the
outer side

narrow river. The roof of the building consists of a lovely garden of beech,
