Baking soda for whitening the teeth.

Now a days we have advanced toothpastes but back in the past baking soda was used to get shining pearly white teeth. In 70's and 60's, the beauties used to rub baking soda onto their teeth and then wash.

Updated form: To make the taste of baking soda bit more tolerable, add some peppermint oil and lemon, and you can then use that paste once or twice a week
